TSARA

A partnership research initiative associating African and European institutions, which aims to support the transformation towards productive, resilient and sustainable food systems, contributing to food security and job creation, while preserving resources and global health.

 

Created in 2022, the initiative now forms a network of 26 members from 14 countries in Africa and Europe.

In January 2024, TSARA reached a major milestone in its objectives. At its second General Assembly held in Saly, the action plan and scientific agenda were officially adopted, consolidating a dynamic collaboration for action-oriented research. The initiative was able to expand by welcoming new associate members from the academic world.
